U.S. intelligence agencies and government-funded organizations appear to have played a role in President Trump's first impeachment, allegedly using tactics reminiscent of overseas regime change operations—an act that, if true, would be both illegal and treasonous, says Michael Shellenberger.

In an interview with Jesse Watters on Fox News, Shellenberger explains how an investigation into USAID has revealed they are essentially a psyops operation of the CIA and Democrat operatives.

"As such, it appears that CIA, USAID, and OCCRP were all involved in the impeachment of President Trump in ways similar to the regime change operations that all three organizations engage in abroad. The difference is that it is highly illegal and even treasonous for CIA, USAID, and its contractors and intermediaries, known as “cut-outs,” to interfere in US politics this way."

“It was a public-facing regime change operation, like the CIA, but not covert; more overt. Well, now you see a similar blowback, just like they did censorship abroad and brought censorship tools back home.

“They were doing this thing abroad, creating a predicate essentially for Trump’s impeachment. I think it’s just one of many revelations that we’ll see coming out in the next few weeks.”
