The heated political division in the nation is now manifesting on live tv and podcasts. Washington Post moderator Jonathan Capehart inaccurately framed President Trump's comments about multiple court cases involving election integrity as evidence Trump will 'falsely' "contest" election results. Hugh Hewitt ripped off his headset and left the set. "I'm done. This is the most unfair election ad I have ever been a part of."
The Hill's "Rising" co-host Amber Duke walked off the set after her co-host Nomiki Konst falsely accused Duke of "Nazi writings."

Duke and Konst were discussing the recent dismissal of a conservative guest, Ryan Girdusky from CNN's Abby Phillp show.
CNN fired Girdusky after an intense exchange when host Mehdi Hasan defended labeling Trump supporters Nazis.
“I’m used to it because I support the Palestinians,” Hasan said.
“Well, I hope your beeper doesn’t go off,” Girdusky responded, referring to an Israeli operation that targeted the radical Islamic terrorist group Hezbollah. Girdusky apologized repeatedly for the remark, saying he thought the former MSNBC host mentioned Hamas.
Ryan Girdusky later defended his actions on X.
On a daily basis, left leaning news outlets use clips from Trump or right leaning news to accuse them of fascism or spreading conspiracy theories. And, right leaning news outlets play montages of left leaning news to highlight their hypocrisy and gas lighting. The war to control the public airwaves is growing more intense to the point where people are quitting or being dismissed because civil discourse is just not possible.
When politics becomes personal, the argument loses its objectivity.
Paul challenges Christians to "pray for all people. Ask God to bless them and give them what they need. And give thanks. You should pray for rulers and for all who have authority. Pray for these leaders so that they can live quiet and peaceful lives - lives full of devotion to God and respect for him."
A healthy debate begins with God's perspective on each other and on the issue. When politics begins with God's perspective, we find common ground to seek what's best for all of us.
Is it fair to say the turmoil we see on tv and podcasts is the result of a nation that has lost sight of the ultimate Founding Father?
