The contrast over the past five years is simply stunning. Just in terms of transparency and access, President Trump has over performed compared to President Joe Biden. It's not even close. According to George E. Condon Jr., White House correspondent for the National Journal, Trump has answered 1,009 questions over the past month compared to Joe Biden who took no more than 141 questions in his first month in office.

In the first month of his second term, President Donald Trump reportedly responded to over 1,000 questions, setting a record compared to both his previous term's start and his predecessors.

During the 2024 election campaign, critics frequently pointed out the scarcity of unscripted media interactions from former President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. In contrast, Trump has consistently maintained a reputation for his spontaneous remarks, a trait that remains prominent in his current term.

According to George E. Condon Jr., White House correspondent for the National Journal, the publication recorded that Trump answered 1,009 questions over the past month, beginning shortly after his inauguration and continuing through last Wednesday night.
