"Five years of political warfare" have come to an end. The hosts of MSNBC's Morning Joe have surrendered their vitriolic rhetoric of Trump to now embrace a more constructive path forward.
Lest we forget, Mika and Joe have led the war against Trump. Their friends are deeply distressed by Trump's victory precisely because of the way Mika & Joe portrayed Donald J Trump for the past seven years.
My wife and I have been praying for a decisive win in the Presidential election, believing it might help temper the feverish fearmongering directed at the 45th President. Could this be evidence that God is bringing about an opportunity to heal and unite as a nation?

(RedState) MSNBC's "Morning Joe" co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski shocked viewers Monday morning, revealing they had traveled to Mar-a-Lago to meet with the second coming of Hitler ... er, Donald Trump.

"And they are scared," Brzezinski claimed.
And thus, media firefighters that they are, she and Joe decided to run straight into the flames of Hell.
"Last Thursday, we expressed our own concerns on this broadcast and even said we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the President-elect himself," Mika continued. "On Friday, we were given the opportunity to do just that."
"Joe and I went to Mar-a-Lago to meet personally with President-elect Trump. It was the first time we have seen him in seven years."
