Joe Biden Jubilant in Post Election Loss Presser

Everybody is wondering why Joe Biden seemed so relieved and even jubilant in his first address to the nation just two days after his Vice President Kamala Harris experienced a historic landslide loss to President-elect Trump. Further fueling speculation, Dr. Jill Biden wore a MAGA red pant suit to cast her vote on election day.

In his address, President Joe Biden remarked, "You can't love your country only when you win. Something I hope we can do is see each other as fellow Americans. Bring down the temperature."

You might remember Biden repeatedly made comments about the prospect of a 2nd Trump presidency like this, "We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power," and "(Trump) is an existential threat to democracy." And just last week, many believed he severely undercut Kamala's election chances when he called Trump supporters "garbage."
