Yet, that didn’t stop the FBI from secretly launching Crossfire Hurricane to spy on and undermine Trump’s first term. Their efforts significantly hindered Trump's ability to push his agenda. They even impeached him, nearly removing him from office, using the Russia hoax—a narrative the FBI helped fabricate.

Kash Patel, Trump’s nominee to lead the FBI, will need to address these questions. Today, Trump demanded that the FBI preserve all records, documents, and information related to the soon-to-be-shuttered DEI office. As usual, Trump made his stance clear: "CORRUPTION!"

EXCLUSIVE: The FBI has closed its DEI office, Fox News can confirm.

“In recent weeks, the FBI took steps to close the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), effective by December 2024,” the agency told Fox News Digital on Thursday.

The agency didn’t specify why it had closed the office, although many Republicans have been critical of it prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion, saying that had overshadowed national security.

Donald Trump is now demanding answers.

Trump said, “We demand that the FBI preserve and retain all records, documents, and information on the now closing DEI Office.”
