California Governor Gavin Newsom was fact-checked live on air for claiming "all of the water reservoirs are full." It's a pattern for the embattled Democrat governor as Los Angeles burns around him.

Newsom also did a "Meet the Press" interview with Jacob Soboroff on Sunday. Again, it seemed like he was engaging in a lot of political attacks on President-elect Donald Trump. But then he got nailed by Soboroff on the question of water in reservoirs, as Matt Vespa at Townhall reported. Newsom claimed the "reservoirs were completely full." That's when Soboroff brought him up short.

Not to be upstaged, the governor then tried to pivot by announcing a Marshal plan to rebuild Los Angeles 2.0. Today, citizens caught an arsonist in the act of setting more fires, and experts warn winds could pick up and ignite more wildfires.
