Admission of Guilt? Biden Consider Pardons for Democrats

How is this not an admission of guilt? President Biden's team are wrestling with how to craft broad pardons for key Democrats and DOJ officials guilty of lawfare and the smear campaigns of the last eight years against President Trump.

Jack Smith, Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, and of course the godfather of gain of function Dr. Fauci are all on the list. The irony is that a pardon will remove their 5th Amendment right to remain silent, and legally force them to testify under oath. So, while they might avoid going to prison, they might be compelled to tell the truth to the American people.
